How it works

The whole system, in the order that matters

Most brands try to grow by spending more on ads. But if the numbers don't work, the message is generic and the page leaks, more traffic just loses money faster. This is the order that fixes it: ads come last, into a business that's ready for them.

#Numbersunit economics♥Customerempathy map▶Pageproduct page✉EmailKlaviyo◎AdsMeta
1 You find out what you really keep per order and the most you can pay for a customer.
2 You learn what your customer wants and fears, and what makes you the obvious choice.
3 Your product page gets rebuilt in their words, so more of your visitors buy.
4 Email brings buyers back, so every customer is worth more than one order.
5 Ads bring new buyers in, with spend kept under your ceiling, into a system that keeps them.

Every tool is a Claude skill. It asks you plain questions, never invents numbers, and tells you when it's working from an assumption.

Case studies

What happens when this gets built all the way

Real brands. Starting points, timeframes and attribution stated exactly.

Clean Slate Food CoFood brand · organic and referral

$70k to $142k a month, fully tracked

Chair ProErgonomic chairs · Bulgaria

Over $250k in sales from 15 emails during Black Friday and Cyber Monday, with no extra ad spend

YCODESkincare

$1,200 to $11,000 a month in six months, from email systems and campaigns

PliéHandmade lighting · Colombia

Roughly $2,500 in sales from an email-first rebuild, with minimal ad spend

No rounded-up stories. If a number can't survive a follow-up question, it isn't here.

The rules of the system

It's not a buffet. It's a system with an order.

Rule 1

Numbers before spend.

No ad budget goes up until you know your CAC ceiling: the most you can pay for a customer and still make money.

Rule 2

Their words, not yours.

The copy that sells comes from your customers' reviews, not from guessing what sounds good.

Rule 3

Execute, don't collect.

Finish one tool and make the change before you open the next.

Who I am

Vicente Hosie

I'm giving it away so you can see I know what I'm talking about.

Before Scale Simply, I built the email and campaign systems for Chair Pro, an ergonomic chair brand in Bulgaria selling a product of around $1,200 entirely online. It taught me that structured email converts even premium products when the sale happens on the site.

Most brands I meet are doing real revenue from word of mouth with nothing behind it: no flows, no tracking, no idea what a customer is worth. They're sitting on demand they can't see.

So I install the system in 120 days and, if it works, stay on as their Growth Partner, paid a percentage of what it generates. My money comes from their results, not their budget.

The results I mention are mine and those of specific clients, with their context, their offer and their work. They don't guarantee the same for you. This is educational material: what you get out of it depends on how you apply it.
